About the Project
Dev Resources is a curation platform for technical resources that I created with Eduarda Vieira, also a Software Engineering student at PUC Minas. The idea came from a common problem among students: finding reliable materials amid the huge amount of content available online. The platform brings together recommended materials, documentation, and tools, along with the projects we built and our professional journey.
The project was built with Next.js 16 (App Router), React 19, and TypeScript, with a strong focus on quality: it has unit and integration tests with Jest, end-to-end tests with Playwright, continuous integration with GitHub Actions, and deployment on Vercel.
Key features:
- A catalog of recommendations with search, category filters, and favorites
- A portfolio with the projects built by the creators
- An About Us page with data from each author's GitHub profile
- A timeline of professional and academic experiences
- A guestbook with real-time messages stored in Supabase
- A contact form that sends emails, an interface in Portuguese and English, and light and dark themes
A collaborative project that combines content curation with software engineering best practices.
